                               RESOLUTION NO. 19120
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, THE CITY
                   FINANCE OFFICER, AND THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                   THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MX DESIGN RELATIVE
                   TO CONSULTING SERVICES FOR SPACE PROGRAMMING
                   NEEDS AT THE BESSIE SMITH HALL FOR AN AMOUNT
                   NOT TO EXCEED EIGHT THOUSAND AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($8,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor, the City Finance Officer, 

       and the Administrator of the Department of General Services be 
and
       are hereby authorized to execute a contract with MX Design
       relative to consulting services for space programming needs at 
the
       Bessie Smith Hall for an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
